研究领域


1)低维纳米材料的可控生长和化学合成主要利用化学气相沉积(CVD)技术和化学合成等手段,发展纳电子器件、分子电子器件用新材料。

2纳米材料与纳米结构的制备、组装、表征、性能及其应用研究。

背景资料


兰州大学博士,英国利兹大学博士后,005月回国。杰出青年基金获得者(07),入选教育部长江学者特聘教授(12),科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(13)和科技部万人计划创新领军人才(17)。主要从事纳米碳材料的控制制备、应用及其拉曼光谱学研究,发表SCI收录论文230余篇。荣获中国化学会青年化学奖(01)、教育部“新世纪优秀人才资助计划”(05)、教育部自然科学奖一等奖(第二完成人)(07)、国家自然科学奖二等奖(第二完成人)(08)、全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师(11)、永利集团十佳导师(17)、国家自然科学奖二等奖(第一完成人)(17)。现任Nano Res、《化学学报》、《物理化学学报》和《光散射学报》编委。
