研究领域
围绕神经化员工物学开展交叉学科研究,长期致力于发展化学探针技术,解析参与神经活动的生物大分子、生物物理信号及化学信号转导过程。具体研究方向包括三个方面:一是发展荧光膜电位探针,实现在高时空分辨下对神经动作电位的可视化观测;二是发展基于酶催化和光催化的生物偶联反应,原位标记和高通量鉴定亚细胞结构中的转录组与蛋白质组;三是针对上述化学工具发展定向进化技术,实现高效的蛋白质工程改造。这些成果能够为高时空分辨观测神经元活动、解析精细细胞结构提供新的研究工具。
