Enzymatic cascade reactions are powerful technologies to develop environmentally friendly and cost-effective synthetic processes to manufacture natural products and other valuable molecules. The application of Single-Enzyme-Catalyzed Cascade reactions (SECC) greatly improves the efficiency of synthesis.
