On April 8th, Dr. Xu Ling returned to our group to visit the teachers and students. Dr. Xu was a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Prof. Xi and Prof. Zhang. During his doctoral studies, he specialized in the chemistry of carbon-rare earth metals and the chemistry of organophosphorus, making significant exploratory contributions in both fields. After completing his Ph.D. in 2015, he pursued postdoctoral research program at Peking University. In 2016, he joined the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Hunan Normal University as an associate professor. During his visit, Dr. Xu toured our lab and Xi's lab under the guidance of Prof. Zhang. We had friendly discussions and took memorable photos together. It was an unforgettable experience!
